What’s your most embarrassing moment as a teenager?
Like many others, I had a hard time getting through middle school and high school. I was bullied throughout multiple years of my life. At 24, those experiences still affect my mental health.
I have so much respect for teenagers. More often than not, being a teenager is difficult. It takes a strong person to keep moving forward.
One piece of advice I would give to teenagers is to not be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone.
Whether it’s joining a new club at school or introducing yourself to a new person in math class, don’t be afraid to try new things.
