Rarely-seen E Street actor Marcus Graham steps out in Sydney – 34 years after making his debut on the soap as disabled heartthrob ‘Wheels’ Kovac
Marcus Graham won the hearts of viewers around Australia when he made his debut on soap opera E Street back in 1989.
And the 59-year-old actor was looking as handsome as ever when he stepped out in Sydney on Tuesday.
Best known for his role as disabled heartthrob Stanley ‘Wheels’ Kovac, Marcus cut a casual figure as he strolled down an inner city street.
The Picnic at Hanging Rock star, who doesn’t often make public appearances, wore an all-blue ensemble, including a simple T-shirt with a light jacket over the top.
Marcus added a pair of navy trousers and brown belt to the ensemble as well as a well-loved cap and sneakers.

His youthful visage on display, the Charmed star appeared lost in thought as he ran an errand.
Marcus played E Street’s most iconic character, a wheelchair bound, street wise rocker type nicked ‘Wheels’.
Wheel’s romance with Lisa Bennett, played by Alyssa Jane Cook, was an epic plot point that included a risque nude bath love scene.
Marcus left the soap after just one year in 1989 but returned to his role between 1991 and 1992.

He went on to appear in a slew of shows including All Saints, The Secret Life of Us and US series Charmed.
The star also appeared on soap opera Home and Away as Harvey Ryan between 2011 and 2014.
Marcus departed Home And Away after his character was written off the show, and told TV Week he was emotional about finishing up.
Viewers saw Harvey’s relationship with wife Roo (played by Georgie Parker) reach the point of no return after he came back from being lost at sea.

Marcus is well known as a stage actor, appearing in productions including The Rocky Horror Show and The Blue Room.
In 2016, he starred in the mini-series Jack Irish and had a role in a production of Cabaret in Sydney.
Marcus, who lives in Sydney’s Kings Cross, has dated Nicole Kidman and Asher Keddie.
