It comes after Iskra encouraged women to unfollow social media accounts that ‘don’t serve them’ in an empowering body confidence post denouncing toxic diet culture in December.
The model flaunted her curves in an Instagram reel and mimed to the track HONEY, I SEE YOU by Mashonda as she playfully jiggled her tummy.
She sported a pink heart bra set for the clip, writing: ‘I see you looking at social media and comparing yourself to others like I did. This is your reminder to stop comparing yourself.’
She added: ‘Social media is a highlight reel. What’s real is YOU and you are always enough.’
Iskra captioned the post: ‘Comparison is the thief of joy. And we literally live in a world where the pressure to look like the current beauty ideal is everywhere.
‘We are all human its natural to compare and despair but try to put boundaries in place like unfollowing social media accounts that don’t serve you or asking your community to avoid talking about bodies/weight/diets especially at this time of year when toxic diet culture is everywhere.
‘And just remember you are doing your best and YOU are what’s real and YOU deserve to be at peace with yourself and your body because its your home- maybe you’re not at a place of feeling confident or self loving but finding the neutral and accepting your body for its abilities is a great place to start.’

In October, Iskra modelled an array of sizzling swimwear and reflected on her holiday to Mexico.
The model took to Instagram to share a video of herself posing up a storm in a number of eye-popping swimsuits.
She put on a busty display in a one-shouldered black swimsuit as she modelled the sizzling outfit in her bedroom.
Iskra swept her golden tresses back into a loose up-do and flaunted her natural good looks in the Instagram reel.
She also flaunted her incredible figure in a vibrant yellow swimsuit with a plunging neckline, while she wore her blonde locks loosely across her shoulders.
In another stunning look, she sported a green swimsuit with halter-neck straps which featured a criss-cross tie back.
Iskra also sported a stylish lilac swimsuit and styled her golden tresses in two tight plaits to complete her sizzling look.
The model and her partner, tour manager and songwriter Philip Payne, became parents for the first time when they welcomed a baby son into the world in April 2020.
She previously opened up about how she felt ‘lost’ and unsure of herself after becoming a mother two years ago, and even questioned her career choices.

In an essay for Today last year, she wrote: ‘I started to think I should just try getting back to ‘me’ – and that ‘me’ was a body-confident lingerie model.
‘I started looking at my body and wondering if I felt confident enough.
‘Then another thought dawned on me: “Can I even do this? I’m a mother now. What would people think? Would my child resent me posting lingerie pics in 10 years?”
‘What about my family-friendly neighbourhood – will I embarrass myself if they all see me in my undies?’
‘I thought, ‘You’re a mother now. You’ll look desperate for attention and validation – it’s just not a good look’.
‘I wanted to rediscover the part of me that wouldn’t give a damn about parading around in my panties, or anyone’s opinions of me.’
