Legendary singer-songwriter Willie Nelson is celebrating his milestone 90th birthday with a two-day concert event at the famed Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.

Miranda Lambert and Norah Jones were among the first to arrive for Saturday night’s show.

The 39-year-old country songstress donned a light wash denim pantsuit for the occasion.

And for her part, the 44-year-old Don’t Know Why hitmaker went biker glam in a black leather motorcycle jacket.

The two critically acclaimed music artists led arrivals of A-list celebrities at the star-studded bash.

Miranda, who was once married to fellow country crooner Blake Shelton, skipped a shirt underneath her jacket.

She showed off her perky, ample cleavage in the low-cut look, which featured studded trim accents.

Her flattering, form-hugging trousers matched the blazer as they flared slightly at her calves.

The fashionista finished the outfit with a pair of on-trend pointy toe heels in the same color as her ensemble.

Miranda commanded attention as she walked the red carpet with unflinching confidence.

The longtime entertainer looked typically beautiful with pink-toned makeup expertly applied to her visage.

She skipped a necklace but wore two rings – including her wedding ring – on her short, nude manicured hands.

And it’s not just musicians getting in on all the fun honoring Nelson during the weekend bash.

There are also a number of other celebrities that will serve as presenters, such as Chelsea Handler, Ethan Hawke, Gabriel Iglesias, Helen Mirren, Jennifer Garner, Owen Wilson and Woody Harrelson.

Ahead of the event, musician Lyle Lovett predicted the weekend celebration would be ‘something people are going to be talking about forever.’

‘I got the word, and I said, just tell me where. I was honored,’ Lovett said while on the red carpet ahead of Saturday’s concert extravaganza. ‘I flew up from Austin on Southwest and everybody was going to the concert. It was a party.’

Each night of the ‘sold out’ star-studded concerts has been advertised as four hours of music that runs from 7PM sharp until 11PM PT.

Born during the Great Depression and raised by his grandparents, Nelson would go on to enlist in the U.S. Air Force after graduating from high school in 1950.

But he would ended up being discharged due to problems with his back, which would be a loss for America’s armed forces but a gain to music lovers all over the world for the last 73 years.

The On The Road Again musician would go on to work as a disc jockey at radio stations in his native Texas, all the while honing his crafts as a singer and songwriter through the 1950s. It was during that time that he wrote songs that wound up being country standards such as Funny How Time Slips Away, Hello Walls, Pretty Paper and Crazy.

By the 1960s, he had moved to Nashville, where he became one of the main faces of outlaw country, a sub-genre of country music that emerged as an alternative to the more conservative sound of Nashville at the time.

It went on to gain a larger audience throughout the 1970s and 80s.

Some of the other artists to contribute to the outlaw country sound included Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Kris Kristofferson and David Allan Coe.

Now known as one of the great songwriters of all time, Nelson’s music goes beyond country music to include elements of blues, gospel and jazz.

Among his slew of classic hits are On The Road Again, Alway On My Mind, Mammas Don’t Let Your Babies Grow up to Be Cowboys, Blue Eyes Crying In The Rain, Always Flying Too Close To The Ground, Whiskey River, Night Life, Seven Spanish Angels, My Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys, and She Is Gone.

Showing the world that anything is possible when you work hard at something you love, Nelson is still going strong as he just released his 73rd solo studio album.

I Don’t Know A Thing About Love: The Songs of Harlan Howard dropped on March 3. The album is a collection of ten songs performed by Nelson and originally written by Harlan Howard.

It was Howard who gave Nelson his first job as a songwriter for the publishing company Pamper Music decades ago.

Nelson’s official Instagram and Twitter pages celebrated his milestone birthday and concert celebration by sharing ’90 photos for 90 years’ that included a range of pictures from his boyhood to his present day career.
