It appears that Chiara Passari has moved on with a new man.

The influencer, 23, shared an image to Instagram Stories on Monday night in which she posed alongside Boston-Joel Bobbert.

The pair were cuddled up in the image, with Boston-Joel placing his hand gently around the beauty’s waist.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Boston-Joel is a Queensland-based Mobile Plant Operator working in the coal mining field.

He had originally posted the photo of the two together out at an event, and Chiara then shared the same photo to her own social media.

Chiara previously had a tumultuous relationship with tennis champion Nick Kyrgios, 27.

In February Kyrgios had an assault charge dismissed by a magistrate after he pleaded guilty to shoving over his ex-girlfriend in 2021.

The tennis star fronted the ACT Magistrates Court in Canberra where a bid to have the assault charge thrown out on mental health grounds was rejected.

But magistrate Beth Campbell threw out the charge, accepting the seriousness of the matter was ‘low-level’ and indicating Kyrgios was not a risk of reoffending.

The Wimbledon finalist had admitted assaulting then-girlfriend Passari on January 10, 2021, by pushing her to the ground after a heated argument.

Kyrgios said he was ‘not in a good place’ at the time, and that he ‘reacted to a difficult situation in a way I deeply regret’.

‘I respect today’s ruling and I’m grateful to the court for dismissing the charges without conviction,’ he said in a statement. ‘I was not in a good place when this happened and I reacted to a difficult situation in a way I deeply regret.

‘I know it wasn’t OK and I’m sincerely sorry for the hurt I caused.

‘Mental health is tough. Life can seem overwhelming. But I’ve found that getting help and working on myself has allowed me to feel better and to be better.’

The 27-year-old World no. 20 was charged with common assault after he pushed Passari to the ground during an argument when they went out for dinner in the Canberra suburb of Kingston in December 2021.

Passari didn’t report the incident until 10 months later, when the couple split after getting back together following the incident.

Kyrgios had an on-again off-again relationship with Chiara before meeting his current girlfriend Costeen Hatzi, who he has been dating a year.
