The TOWIE stars already share two-year-old son Brody but shared a heartbreaking update that they had suffered a miscarriage with their second child in April.

Georgia, 31, and Tommy, 30, have now been forced to postpone their vows after the tragic news.

The decision and the reasons behind it will be shown to fans in an episode of Georgia and Tommy: Baby Steps on Thursday night on ITVBe, according to The Sun.

The new episodes will see the couple trying to cope in the aftermath of their loss, with Tommy spending one-on-one time with Brody in Thursday’s episode.

The family are ‘taking time for themselves’ in the wake of the miscarriage last month and are focusing on spending time together.

The couple have been together since 2014, becoming engaged last February after a getaway to Mexico.

Last month Georgia revealed the couple had been told of their loss at their 12 week scan.

Georgia posted a black and white photo of herself in her hospital bed as she told followers the shock had left her ‘without words’.

Writing: ‘Our 12 week scan to be told our baby had not survived & I needed an op…’

’12 weeks of feeling every emotion, hoping & praying but in the end, nothing else we could of done’

‘We don’t really have the words to say right now except we are lucky to have amazing family & friends around us .. & most importantly we are blessed to have our beautiful Brody who we couldn’t of got through this without him’.

Before adding: ‘We will have the words soon but right now we are taking time for us as a family’.

Tommy later gave fans an update, explaining that he is ‘so proud’ of Georgia, who was on the mend after surgery.

He penned: ‘& just like that life changes, it’s been a rough few days for my family but as always we keep it moving, Georgia is on the mend and it’s mine and Brodys mission to build her back up..

‘We was documenting the pregnancy for our show and found out the bad news whilst filming, and as a family we’ve always said we need to keep it real no matter what, so we are going to finish the show off and hopefully help some people along the way! (sic)

He added: ‘I’m so proud of Georgia, thank you for the messages we really appreciate it’

Meanwhile, Georgia shared a series of quotes to her Instagram Stories after revealing the heartbreaking news.

One read: ‘What didn’t work out was only protecting and preparing your energy for what will work out. Something greater is manifesting for you’

Another said: ‘Focus on the steps in front of you, and not the whole staircase’

The engaged couple welcomed Brody in May last year and have since shared with their fans how their relationship almost ended as Tommy struggled to deal with his ADHD diagnosis.

They documented the difficult time on their reality series Baby Steps – with entrepreneur Tommy admitting it was time he ‘confronted’ his condition to save his romance and family life with Georgia.

Georgia and Tommy admitted their relationship had become so strained that they both said they were willing to move out of the Essex home they share together.

Reality personality Georgia took off her engagement ring but stood by Tommy following his diagnosis and in a last attempt to save their family.

In the first episode of their third series, Tommy says it was his son who influenced his decision to confront a problem that has existed his whole life.

He explained: ‘Basically I was falling out with my nearest and dearest to the point where me and Georgia were really on the ropes in our relationship for the first time and it nearly resulted in me leaving.’

The businessman admitted that he started to hate the person he had become and longed for a diagnosis, which ended up being severe ADHD.

Tommy said: ‘Leaving it untreated can lead to some really mad things and I was there.’

Georgia admitted that she was ‘relieved’ following Tommy’s diagnosis and it gave her ‘hope’ their relationship could turn a corner.

She added: ‘It’s crazy how he’s lived for 30 years with that and not known… it’s actually really sad.’
