Abbie Chatfield has shared a cryptic post about ‘missing someone’ seven months after her split with Konrad Bien-Stephen.

The TV and radio host, 27, posted a picture of a sign to Instagram on Wednesday which read: ‘Missing someone is not an excuse to re-enter a toxic cycle’.

While it’s not clear who the post is about, her most recent romance was with fellow reality star Konrad. 

The pair, who were in an open relationship, split in September.

At the time of her break-up, Abbie said she felt ‘anxious’ about releasing a statement, and added that she probably won’t share her relationship publicly again. 

‘No one did anything bad or awful, there’s no drama to it,’ she continued.

‘It was not because we were in an open relationship. Nothing bad happened.

Abbie denied rumours their break-up was ‘messy’, adding: ‘I don’t really owe any of you an explanation.’

Her statement came after Daily Mail Australia broke the story that Konrad and his Challenge co-star Megan Marx had struck up a romance soon after arriving in Buenos Aires.

Konrad later confirmed he had broken up with Abbie a month before arriving in Buenos Aires to film the show in September.

‘Abbie and I had broken up a month before going in the house [to film] so I was very much single,’ the carpenter previously told The Daily Telegraph .

‘I wasn’t going in there looking for love or for any type of relationship or anything. That wasn’t my mindset going in.’

Konrad went on to say he and Abbie broke up ‘amicably’ and had ‘both moved on with their lives’.

While it’s not clear who the post is about, her most recent romance was with fellow reality star Konrad Bien-Stephen 

Before their break-up, Abbie revealed she and Konrad would only see each other a few times a week, and that her ‘kink’ was letting him sleep with other women.

‘I’ve never been upset or threatened by someone [I’m in a relationship with] sleeping with someone else. It’s my kink,’ the Masked Singer judge told Stellar magazine.

‘I just never really valued monogamy that much. It sounds awful, but I don’t really see him all that much, maybe two days a week.

In December, Konrad seemingly sided with Brittany Hockley over Abbie in their infamous ‘slut-shaming’ row.

The pair’s feud began when Abbie accused Brittany, 35, of disrespecting her in a radio segment.

Eagle-eyed fans noticed Konrad, 32, who dated Abbie for about a year, liked Brittany’s apology on Instagram.

Tellingly, Konrad unfollowed his former flame on Instagram; however, it is unclear whether he did this before or after her dispute with Brittany.
