He’s best known for being Good Morning Britain’s resident doctor. 

And Dr Hilary Jones, 69, and his wife of five years, Dee Thresher held hands when they attended a star-studded garden party as part of the Coronation celebrations recently. 

In newly released pictures, Dr Hilary put on a dapper display in a blue suit with a floral tie and wore his MBE medal with pride. 

Dee, 50, who also works on GMB, looked incredible wearing a contrasting orange dress and a straw boater as they arrived at Buckingham Palace. 

Dee is a personal trainer to the stars, including EastEnders Natalie Cassidy, Charlie Brooks, and Letitia Dean. They couple met in 2008 while working together for GMTV.

Dee told Evening Standard: ‘I was the GMTV fitness expert helping people get in shape for summer and he was the doctor giving health advice.

‘We were filming in Spain and really got on. A year later we were both at a friend’s wedding, re-connected and we’ve been together ever since.’

The couple live a quiet life in a quirky house in Kent with their springer Spaniel.   

Dee is Dr Hilary’s third wife – he was first married to Anne Marie Vives, with whom he has two sons Tristan and Sebastian. 

After that, he married Sarah Harvey, with whom he shares twins Samantha and Rupert, as well as son Dylan. Dee has two children.

During Covid, Dee was thrilled to learn that her husband had been dubbed a ‘pandemic pin-up.’ 

She said in 2021: ‘I love that people are admiring his looks. Good for him. He’s 67 and still turning heads. 

‘It’s quite funny because he’s been doing his own make-up and dressing himself instead of having a stylist, so he’s not even looking his best.

‘Of course I think he’s very attractive and he’s such a lovely man. He is charming and caring. I admit I tease him about it. He just rolls his eyes and gets straight back to work.
