EastEnders’ Kim prepares to come clean about her horror car crash whilst niece Chelsea vows to give Ravi an alibi in shock twist
EastEnders amped up the ante during Thursday evening’s episode as Kim Fox (Tameka Empson) prepared to come clean about her recent car crash.
After using a phone behind the wheel, and subsequently causing a crash whilst in the car with stepson Denzel (Jaden Ladega) earlier this week, Kim led others to believe that the accident was caused by an inconsiderate pedestrian.
But after boyfriend Howie (Delroy Atkinson) ended their relationship upon learning the truth, Kim appears to be ready to come clean completely – as she made a phonecall to the police and admitted she has to tell the truth.
Elsewhere, Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) and Chelsea’s (Zaraah Abrahams) relationship appears to be getting deeper as she vowed to give the criminal an alibi, in order to protect him.
But as the single mother prepares to put her life on the line to lie for her new beau, she remains unaware of his blackmailing and secret affair with mum Denise.

In the aftermath of Kim and Denzel’s accident, the latter regained consciousness and told his dad Howie the real reason the crash happened, recalling how Kim was using her phone while driving.
A furious Howie broke his relationship off with Kim upon learning this, sharing that he could no longer trust her following the accident.
Devastated as her relationship hit the rocks, the hairdresser appeared to decide it was time to come clean and hand herself in.
Calling up the local police station, Kim could be seen telling an officer: ‘I need to tell you what really happened’.
Also in legal trouble was Ravi, who was placed under arrest during Wednesday’s episode for handling stolen goods.
And while he was released from questioning in later scenes, Ravi still isn’t in the clear from his dodgy dealing past.
Hoping to keep him away from investigation, Chelsea could be seen offering to lie for Ravi in order to keep him protected.
‘You can’t go to prison… You need an alibi. Consider it done,’ said Chelsea to Ravi as she saved him.

But blindly standing by her new beau, Chelsea remains unaware of the full story – including his secret affair with her married mother Denise.
Ravi previously threated to expose his affair with Denise in a blackmail plot, after discovering her husband Jack Branning was investigating him.
He was then seen attempting to woo her daughter Chelsea as a means of getting the ultimate revenge.
But having fallen for it perhaps too much, Chelsea is now putting everything on the line for the former criminal.
EastEnders airs on Mondays – Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer.
