Frankie Bridge has opened up about how hurt she feels when she is mum shamed and judged for her parenting.

The Loose Women star, 34, – who went braless while trying on some sheer dresses on Tuesday – said other people’s ‘toxic’ opinions can be really painful.

Frankie and husband Wayne Bridge, 42, share two sons Parker, nine, and seven-year-old Carter.

She told Hello! of the mum shaming: ‘I’m reluctant to talk about parenting on social media.

‘Instagram can be a really judgemental place and you’ll always find someone that has something to say, and that’s the one thing that really hurts me when people criticise.

‘Back in the day, if someone said something about how I looked it would hurt more, but now it’s more painful if someone says something about Wayne or about the kids or about parenting, it really annoys me.

‘Even when someone says you’re such a great mum, I feel like asking: ‘How do you know? You don’t see.”

She added to the publication that the judgement starts when you are pregnant and that others have a ‘toxic amount of opinion’ – particularly other women sadly.

It comes as on Tuesday Frankie posed up a storm as she went braless trying on outfits in H&M.

In one shot she beamed in a bright yellow sleeveless dress that clung to her curves.

For another look she ditched her bra for her changing room photo shoot where she glammed up in a black sheer cover-up that left little to the imagination.

It comes after earlier this week Frankie revealed she was left ‘hanging off the back of a boat by her pants’ during her lavish honeymoon in the Seychelles with husband Wayne.

The former Saturdays singer was left cringing as she opened up about ‘the most uncomfortable situation she has ever been in’.

The couple were enjoying a luxury boat trip and went to climb into the water to go snorkelling when Frankie’s bikini bottoms got stuck on the boat’s ladder.

The TV star, who tied the knot with the former footballer in 2014, said ‘everything was left on show’ and the boat staff had to help ‘unhook’ her.

Speaking to Giovanna Fletcher on the Walt Disney Travel Company podcast, Journey To The Magic, Frankie explained the hilarious story that let her very red faced.

She said: ‘Our honeymoon we went to Seychelles. We went snorkelling one day. I went to get into the sea and my bikini bottoms got caught on the ladder that you climb down into the sea on.

‘I was literally hanging off of the boat by my pants. Obviously everything was on show, and the poor guys that worked on the boat were like, I could see them stifling laughter and trying to help me and me just being like “Wayne! Wayne!”

After calling her partners name and not getting a response, she was left to be ‘unhooked’ by the boat staff.

She continued: ‘But he was already in the water so it’s like the most uncomfortable situation I think I’ve ever been in and just all these really polite men like trying to be really nice about it but I could just see it all over their faces.

‘Just like getting in and thinking “oh my god this is just awful”. They had to unhook me. It wasn’t very becoming for a new wife!

‘I don’t think Wayne realised what was going on until I told him, then he thought it was hilarious.’

During the interview she also admitted she ‘misses being in her girl group The Saturdays’ and would like to prove she is cool to her kids.

The band, which was formed of Frankie, Una Healy, Rochelle Humes, Mollie King, and Vanessa White, were formed in 2007 and broke up in 2014.

Frankie revealed she can’t remember the last time all the group were back together, said said: ‘It’s actually so long ago that I don’t even know how long. Maybe like seven or eight years. Sometimes I miss it.

‘Sometimes I’d just quite like to do a video… a music video. I would like to go on tour but I just remember doing videos and they were such hard work and then when you would get them back, they would be amazing.

‘Now, I’d quite like to do that. Now I’m just like mum and want to be able to do something and be like “See I was cool”. Just for my kids, yeah. That’s sad, isn’t it?’
