Nicole Kidman and husband Keith Urban have made the 2023 Financial Review Rich List, it has been reported. 

According to 9Honey Celebrity, the Hollywood power couple have a combined net worth of $695 million and are the only Australian entertainers on the list, which is set to be released on Friday. 

The Australian Financial Review released a shortened list for Australia’s Top 10 Richest People on Thursday, with mining magnate Gina Rinehart topping the list for the fourth year in a row with a staggering $37.4 billion fortune. 

Other names on the list include Andrew Forrest coming in second at $33.29 billion, Clive Palmer in fifth place with $23.66 billion and Frank Lowy rounding out the list in tenth place with $9.33 billion. 

Academy Award winner Nicole and rocker Keith, both 55, just scraped onto the rich list, with $690 million being the minimum requirement to make the cut.

Nicole, who is known for roles including Eyes Wide Shut and Moulin Rouge!, reportedly made $1 million per episode for the hit series Big Little Lies. 

Blue Ain’t Your Color singer Keith was reportedly paid $3-5 million dollars for one season alone on American Idol, despite being one of the lowest paid judges on the panel.

He was a judge on American Idol from season 12 to 15 and appeared as a mentor on the show this year.

From a twenty-room Nashville mansion to a Southern Highland estate and a luxurious Manhattan duplex, the power couple’s have an ostentatious pad for all seasons. 

Earlier this month, it was reported Nicole purchased her sixth apartment in the same Sydney complex for $7.7million.

While the Australian actress predominantly resides in Nashville in the Unites States with Keith, the couple has an extensive property portfolio Down Under.

Earlier this month, it was reported Nicole purchased her sixth apartment in the same Sydney complex for $7.7million

Their most recent purchase was a three bedroom apartment in the Landmark Latitude building in the city’s Milsons Point, according to The Sydney Morning Herald. 

While the couple own property in different company names, it brings their tally in the building to $27.5million.

The A-listers’ penthouse apartment in the complex is now the highest sold unit in the tower.

In 2009, Nicole and Keith bought a $6million penthouse in the tower, and in 2012 it was consolidated with a $7million unit next door to create a large space for their Sydney visits.

After this, they purchased three more apartments in the complex for $2.68million, $2.78million and $1.35million.

It’s understood a two-bedroom apartment they purchased in 2021 is being leased, while their 2011 purchase is used as a gym.

The pair bought their idyllic farmhouse called Bunya Hill in the Southern Highlands village of Sutton Forrest in 2008 for $6.5million. 

In 2010, Kidman and Urban coughed up $13.53 million for a designer duplex in the trendy enclave of Chelsea, New York.
