Chad Michael Murray turned up the heat by showing off his incredibly chiseled abs in a new Instagram video shared by wife, Sarah Roemer, on Thursday.
The One Tree Hill alum, 41, who shares a son born in 2015 and daughter in 2017 with the Disturbia actress, 38, could be seen standing in a doorway a few feet away, wearing only a pair of low-waisted black sweatpants.
He slowly closed the sliding doors and appeared to be mouthing the words, ‘I love you,’ followed by blowing a quick kiss before the clip ended.
His blonde locks were parted in the middle, allowing a few long strands to gently fall onto the left side of his forehead.
In the caption of the post, the mother of two simply tagged her husband, and added the song, Help! by The Beatles, to play in the background.

Social media users and fans flocked to the comment section, with one humorously penning, ‘How many times did I watch this? Yes.’
Another follower jokingly wrote out to Sarah, ‘How are you still holding the phone?’ while one fan typed, ‘@rooeemer just out here trying to break the Internet tonight #CoupleGoals.’
The two lovebirds met in 2014 while on set of Chosen, and later tied the knot the following year in January 2015 in sunny California.
The couple share a son and daughter, but choose to remain mostly private about their family life. When posting snaps of their little ones, Sarah will keep their faces mostly obscured from the camera.
Chad was previously married to his One Tree Hill co-star, Sophia Bush, from 2004 until their divorce was officially finalized in 2006. He also became engaged to model and pageant star, Kenzie Dalton, later that same year, but split in 2013.
During an interview with Fox News Digital last year in May while discussing his film, Fortress: Sniper’s Eye also starring Bruce Willis, he expressed how his family stays close together, even when filming projects.
‘My family and I, for instance, we don’t split up the pack. We go everywhere. My kids, my wife, they go everywhere we go,’ the A Cinderella Story actor stated.
He continued, ‘So, I’m on set chilling with Bruce Willis in Puerto Rico — they’re there. Although, they’re on the beach, very different.’

‘We keep the pack together. We have a very traditional home life. We’re not people who are typically out and going out. I’m not a good hobnobber. It’s not my strong suit. I’ve gotta be honest. I’m more of a homebody,’ Murray added.
