She tucked her golden locks beneath a colour coordinated cap as she knelt on a tiger print yoga mat while doing pilates.

Rita worked with small weights and a resistance band as she showed off her strength in the workout.

She looked incredible in a black sheer jumpsuit, which she paired with over-the-knee patent black heeled boots.

Rita also shared a mirror selfie of herself cutting a casual figure in a white vest top and grey tracksuit shorts.
