Robin Thicke looked snazzy on Friday when he rocked a shimmering crimson suit to attend the 2023 Black Music Honors in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Blurred Lines crooner, 46 – who recently stepped out with his bombshell fiancee April Love Geary in matching black outfits – wore his signature coif and sported a hint of scruff for the occasion.

Shielding his eyes in dapper shades, Thicke amped up his look with a sun-kissed tan and polished black shoes.

The star-studded event honored ‘legendary artists and institutions making a significant impact in Africa-American music,’ according to its official website.

The ceremony brought out a bevy of industry mainstays, honoring artists like Missy Elliott, Jeffrey Osborne, SWV, Evelyn Champagne King, and the Hawkins Family.

The event was hosted by Deray Davis and LeToya Luckett, 42, who arrived in a stunning blue ombre dress.

Luckett’s platinum blonde pixie hairstyle was accented by cascading diamond earrings as she posed alongside Latavia Roberson, 41.

The pair were founding members of multiplatinum R&B girl group Destiny’s Child, but they were soon pushed out of the group in 1999 following the success of their sophomore album The Writing’s on the Wall.

Serving as background singers to Kelly Rowland and Beyonce, Luckett and Roberson soon found themselves at odds with Beyonce’s father – and the group’s manager – Mathew Knowles, who replaced them with Michelle Williams and Farrah Franklin.

The break resulted in a flurry of lawsuits, leading LeToya and Latavia to found their own short-lived girl group called Anjel.

Joining them at the Black Music Honors was another girl group member, Sevyn Streeter, who is primarily known for her work with TG4 and RichGirl.

Streeter, 36, looked gorgeous in a show-stopping gown that combined a leather bodice with a kaki feathered train.

R&B girl group SWV – which stands for ‘Sisters with Voices’ – showed up in chic black ensembles to be honored at the event.
